Enjoy this amazing beachfront villa with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath villa with water views. The master suite is upstairs and features a queen bed and private bath. There is also a sitting area with TV, sofa and desk area for relaxing. Second bedroom is on the first level and offers a queen bed with Temperpedic mattress and private bath. The third bedroom is also on the first level and has 2 twin beds and private bath. All bedrooms have TVs. This villa features tile floors throughout the living area. The kitchen and baths are exceptionally well appointed. This is the only Beach Club villa with a grill! Guests have free wifi internet and guests may bring a dog for an additional fee. 5 night minimum. Special rate for this season. Call for availability and booking! NO CLUB AMENITIES WITH THIS VILLA!!! Very upscale and nice villa - well equipped gourmet kitchen - a little complicated for ordinary cooks! Master suite was gorgeous - only negative was limited counter and storage space in bathroom. Loved the sauna! Biggest negative for entire villa is limited view and inability to access beach directly from villa. Beautifully upgraded and decorated since we stayed there in 2004. Owner has wonderful taste!

We enjoyed our stay at 334 Beach Club Villa. The kitchen is fantastic! Great location near the beach, had fun crabbing with son on the beach and riding bikes on the sand.

My family really enjoyed this condo, beautiful decor, all amenities. The only issue we had was that the master bedroom is really really noisey. All of the noise from downstairs just funnels up to the master. Otherwise everything was just great and we would stay there again.

Everything about the beach house was fabulous and the staff at Seabrook Exclusives is very professional, helpful and courteous. Staying on Seabrook Island is a true getaway and allows for total relaxation. It is a beautiful, elegant and serene experience.

The tennis facility is gorgeous and offers great clinics for children and the oceanfront pool is magnificent. We love the fact that the island is very dog friendly too!!

334 Beach Club Villa, Seabrook Island is a wonderful place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and then some. The villa is furnished with furniture and amenities that you would never imagine a beach rental to have. The villa has a gourmet kitchen which makes eating in fun. The villa has a view of the beach / ocean and a walk way to the beach. It is pet friendly with many windows for your dog to watch the deer grazing in the dunes. The staff at the rental office is great and wants to make your stay enjoyable. It is nice being close to Charleston but have the ability to relax at the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this wonderful home!
