One of our best villas! This upstairs Pelican Watch villa is totally renovated with wood flooring, new bath vanities, updated bedroom carpeting and quality bedding. Guests comment on the comfort of the king bed. The living room has a digital flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a granite bar with stools for quick dining. The stainless appliances and abundant cookware offer guests the option of enjoying in house dining throughout a vacation. The decor is coastal themed and furnishings are very comfortable! The island was great! Very secluded and very nice. The view from the condo cannot be beat. There are wild deer on the island as well as plenty of dolphin and other wildlife. The condo itself was very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

Fall at Seabrook is so relaxing. It is a beautiful time to walk on the beach because the sky is clear and sun shines more brightly than in the summer.

We took advantage of the indoor pool at the Lake House for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time, we may even consider the workout room when we're not feeling so relaxed.

We've spent several winters in Pelican villas. This was our first stay in this particular villa and our first experience with Seabrook Exclusives. Both exceeded expectations. The villa is well appointed and immaculate. The presentation in the website is completely accurate. The location is exceptional and the rental fee is competitive. Sit back in the living room and watch beautiful sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, deer, and the ever changing light across the dunes. Walk the pristine beach. Take full advantage of the Lake House and Equestrian Center. We would highly recommend this unit, and be quite comfortable with any property managed by Seabrook Exclusives.

We've stayed at several Pelican Watch units but this was the first upstairs for us. Very nice, clean, and properities condition was great.The view from the deck were spectacular..You can not beat the sunsets and sunrise. My dog and family loved the water and the beach.
If it was my unit I would add a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom so you could turn off or lower the ac thermostat. I would also add a dead bolt to the rear door leading to the deck from the outside and a night latch to front door thus improving on the overall security.

We had a very relaxing enjoyable trip on Seabrook Island. The location was perfect for a quiet escape. We loved the view of the estuary and spotted lots of wildlife (dolphins, deer, hawks). The beaches along the river and the Atlantic are pristine and made for great walks and afternoon sunning. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets and star-gazing in the evenings with our wine and dinner. The unit was very clean and had plenty of cleaning supplies (including bar soaps in the bathrooms)and cooking utensils/equipment. I'd highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

We had a wonderful time. Unit was very nice. And we particularly appreciated that we could bring our dogs. One irritant was that the sliding screen door to the deck kept coming off track. But not nearly enough of an irritant to detract from our enjoyment.
