This adorable villa is freshly painted and has many updates for the 2011 season. We are just a short walk to the beach. You may also enjoy the Sealoft community pool available only for guests of Sealoft Villas. The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinets and brand new appliances. The living area is comfortably appointed and has a brand new LCD flat screen TV. Relax and take in the amazing lagoon views with abundant wildlife. Deer, exotic birds and even otters call this lagoon home! The master bedroom features a king bed, updated bath with beadboard walls and a private deck overlooking the lagoon. Bedroom 2 on the main level has two twin beds and a full bath with beadboard walls, updated vanity, and tub/shower combo. The loft is the perfect spot for kids. It's fun and colorful with two twin beds and tvs for viewing dvds and videos. The new owners want guests to enjoy their villa and provide games, movies, beach toys and a charcoal grill too! They also offer wi fi internet free HBO!!! We welcome your furry one to join in on the vacation fun too. Fireplace is not available for use. Walk to the best stretch of beach from this villa. You may even enjoy the Sealoft community pool in addition to the club amenities.

We love Seabrook Island! No hustle, no bustle; stunning natural beauty. The Sealoft rentals are nestled among palm & pine tree's with lake & golf course views. Walk or ride bikes to the pool, beach or club house in minutes! Plenty of space for 4 adults, 6 adults would be a little tight; kids will love the cozy loft bedroom/play area. Updated kitchen has everything you need to cook & serve your favorite recipes. Open floor plan, comfy furniture, fluffy towels in both bathrooms. 3 decks w/chairs & tables for reading, playing games or soaking in the island ambiance, lovely lake view from top deck. Storage area has a grill! Fab grocery store & shops in Freshfield Village. If you take your dog, be aware there are alligators in the pond. Fun to watch but not to be taken lightly. Keep your dog on a leash! If you need a much needed break, rest & relaxation Seabrook Island is the place!! Press the easy button & get the Island Attitude!

I was very pleased overall. The employee that assisted me before my stay was wonderful. She responded to all emails promptly and was helpful. The condo was a decent size for us. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The master bedroom and child's loft bedroom were adorable. The other bedroom could use some updating/visual appeal. There are nice porches/furniture to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. We could see wildlife and golfers from our condo. Seabrook Island is gorgeous and the shopping village on the property was a great place to go, too! We will likely be back.

We loved it. Seabrook Island is a wonderful place to vacation as a family. Our family of 5 stayed in Sealoft Villas, my sister with young children stayed in nearby Pelican Bay. Both places had fabulous views. Our home overlooked the golf course lagoon and we saw lots of wildlife, especially crocodiles. Loved the views, loved using the bikes, very clean, nice location. Updated bathrooms and new washer/dryer were nice. Short drive to Charleston to enjoy the day.

Things we didn't like : no outside dining space, no kitchen storage/pantry space, small grill, shower head in master bath- way too much water pressure, walk to beach way too long for young kids (we drove over Kiawah's Beachwalker park). Wouldn't advertise house having games & movies - very minimal.

Overall we loved our vacation in Seabrook. Liked Sealoft Villas, not sure if we would choose the same house again. Would definitely recommend Seabrook Exclusives.
